VoiceFlow AI provides AI-powered virtual assistant services including:

- Intelligent SMS message processing and replies
- Lead qualification and customer interaction management
- Real-time analytics and performance reporting
- Phone number provisioning and management
- AI conversation script customization

4. Acceptable Use Policy

- • Impersonating others or providing false information
- • Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
- • Reselling or redistributing our services
- • Adult content, gambling, or illegal substances
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
Plan Types
- Starter Plan: $97/month - 500 calls, 2,000 SMS, basic features
- Professional Plan: $197/month - 2,000 calls, 8,000 SMS, advanced features
- Enterprise Plan: $497/month - Unlimited usage, custom features
Billing Terms
- All plans are billed monthly in advance
- 14-day free trial for new accounts (no credit card required)
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Overage charges apply for usage beyond plan limits
- Refunds available within 30 days of billing

VoiceFlow AI owns all rights to our software, AI models, algorithms, and service technology. You receive a limited license to use our services according to these terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your data, call recordings, and custom AI scripts. You grant us permission to process this content to provide our services and improve our AI models.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations: VoiceFlow AI provides services "as is" and cannot guarantee perfect AI responses or 100% call success rates. We are not liable for:
- Lost business opportunities or revenue
- AI misunderstandings or incorrect responses
- Third-party service outages (Twilio, OpenAI, etc.)
- Regulatory compliance violations by users
- Data loss due to user error or account deletion
10. Compliance & Regulations
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- TCPA: Telephone Consumer Protection Act compliance
- CAN-SPAM: Email marketing regulations
- GDPR: European data protection requirements
- CCPA: California privacy regulations
- Industry-specific: Healthcare (HIPAA), finance (SOX), etc.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
